Byrom Associates is a Structural Engineering Consultancy, specializing in timber frame engineering and design and as such are members of TRADA and the UKTFA, Q Marked under their TRADA assessment scheme. Formed in 2002 primarily for the timber frame industry, we specialize in timber frame design and work hard to achieve all architect design requirements, while always considering and reviewing a value engineering process. All employees at Byrom Associates are committed to providing quality service. We currently work closely with a number of national timber frame manufacturing companies and as such pride ourselves with an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing and construction processes. This knowledge and experience assists in our design approach under CDM. Our team of professional and chartered engineers and designers are committed to providing cost efficient practical solutions for all timber frame projects. Our project profile ranges from extensions and conversions to one off bespoke homes, large social and private residential developments, offices and multi storey blocks of flats. With the use of glulam and glulam portal frames, this profile range extends to agricultural building and swimming pool enclosures through to schools.
